But a lot of people who join in January drop off quickly. In fact, research shows that as early as the third Thursday in January, their enthusiasm begins to dip.   

Why do new year members drop off?  

There are a few reasons why people fall off the wagon when it comes to exercising in the New Year. While many people make those commitments in earnest, life gets in the way. Anyone who has started from scratch on their fitness plan knows how challenging it is to fit it into your schedule at the beginning.
